SHIPPING
UK orders for delivery to a UK address currently have two (2) delivery options –Standard Delivery (usually £1.99) and Express Shipping, Same Day Dispatch, Order Before 3pm (usually £6.99) .

Delivery Times:

Standard Delivery: Typically takes around 3 to 5 working days although will be dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3pm.

Next Day Delivery: Parcel will be delivered typically on the next working day from when the order is placed/despatched and before 3pm.

We occasionally run offers on delivery costs where, for example, we will upgrade you to Express Delivery for the same cost as standard delivery. Please see "Express Delivery".

Delivery times depend on the delivery service selected and the types of goods ordered. We always aim to despatch all goods in stock as quickly as possible.

Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If there is no safe place a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery. Our couriers will deliver until 9pm in most areas!

The couriers will attempt redelivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to recharge the delivery cost for re-delivery.

If a courier fails to deliver "next day" on orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday (working days). We will issue a refund for the difference between "standard shipping" and "next day".

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and exchange policy.

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

KITSACK is a tough, durable, high quality backpack purpose designed for children or young adults who have a love of football or activity sports. KITSACK’s unique feature is the special external ventilated pocket that will securely hold a full-size ball. KITSACK also features a large main compartment for schoolwork, sports kit or a change of clothes and, most importantly, incorporates a completely separate water-resistant pocket to carry muddy boots or trainers. So, the wet muddy things are kept well away from clean clothes and schoolwork and the all-important ball is safely stowed in its own secure pocket.

The KITSACK has been designed to carry any standard size ball up to size 5. The pocket lining is fully waterproof to keep out water and dirt. The ball cage mesh is designed to allow the moisture to escape. 

With a fully lined waterproof boot pocket you are able to take your boots or trainers to the match. Even if the boots have been put away wet and muddy the heavy duty lining keeps the dirt and moisture away from everything else in the bag. The front of the pocked is also fully ventilated to allow moisture to escape.

The pocked liner can be pulled out to aid cleaning away mud and grass from the bag.
